Inspections are best done in 4 stages on a double brick, single story houses rather than just one inspection at the end. This means all visible areas of the build are inspected prior to the possibility of being covered up. Prevention is always better than a cure.

Reports are sent to yourself and the builder with defects clearly photographed, documented and where applicable recommendations on rectifying any defects.
